The Good Stuff:

• Apprentice Pay: Piece pay when installing, $18.50-20/hr (DOE) for training and PTO
• Installer Pay: Piece pay when installing, $20-26/hr (DOE) for training and PTO

What you need: (HVAC Apprentice)

• 6 months years of assisting on residential HVAC installations
• Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Familiarity with: brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats, etc.
• EPA Certification Required, Nate preferred

What you need: (Lead Installer)

• 2 years of leading residential HVAC installations
• Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Ability to coach and train and apprentice
• Experience with: brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats, etc.
• EPA Certification Required, Nate preferred
