Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our esteemed TYLin | Greeley and Hansen Water Solutions Team. In this crucial role, the Senior Program Manager will bring expertise in project delivery and management, with a focus on overseeing diverse projects and programs. Join our team and contribute your expertise to impactful water projects, where your leadership will shape solutions and exceed client expectations.Responsibilities & Qualifications- Mentor and guide staff, providing career guidance and support aligned with our core values.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their current and future needs to ensure expectations are met.
- Manage multiple technical assignments concurrently, leading teams to deliver projects to the client's satisfaction while adhering to contract requirements and maintaining schedule and budget.
- Demonstrate technical excellence in planning studies, preliminary designs, final designs, program management, bid assistance, and office services during construction for various water infrastructure projects.
- Identify and lead business development pursuits, positioning and preparing proposals to achieve the office's growth goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater specifically in pump stations, conveyance, and dams. California PE license required.
TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of$161,300 - $290,300 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
