RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with the Global Director, Client Experience Marketing to assist in leading annual marketing/business development planning process in coordination with sector marketing and sector leadership.

  • Lead the implementation of North America's client account management program to ensure account plans are created, updated, and executed for key clients across all sectors.

  • Develop and execute client growth plans focused on business impact and competitive differentiation.

  • Manage annual client satisfaction program for North America including surveys and working with sector leadership to address the findings & feedback.

  • Lead training for technical staff on winning work topics.

  • Work with market sector leaders, regional directors, and marketing/communications leaders in the creation of marketing campaigns and promotional material associated with new client development and existing client engagement.

  • Support thought leadership activities, working closely with the global communications team to execute.

  • Collaborate with the Global Director, Client Experience Marketing to share lessons learned, challenges, and successes across sectors and sister companies.

  • Lead development of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for client account management program and overall client experience program.

  • Support capture planning efforts and process for North America cross-sector/cross-company key/strategic pursuits, including pre-positioning activities, win strategy development, zippering/relationship mapping, and teaming partner identification.

  • Serve as strategic advisor on strategic pursuits, in coordination with the local marketing team and sector marketing team, including reviewing key sections of the proposal and facilitating interview preparation.

  • Partner with Transportation sector leader to grow the sectors in accordance with the Strategic Plan and annual sector Business Plans.

  • Provide market research for identified areas of growth (geographies and services).

QUALIFICATIONS (INCLUDING EDUCATION and/or JOB EXPERIENCE):

  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders - internally & externally to the organization.

  • Experience in AEC industry or a background in economics with an emphasis on transportation is preferred.

  • Experience with state, county, MPO, and city government agencies.

  • Experience with alternative delivery project delivery.

  • 5 years strategic planning/market analysis experience is required.

  • Proven experience in crafting and implementing client experience and/or winning work strategies in line with the firm's growth objectives.

  • Ability to influence and manage change efforts.

  • Passion for research and analysis, with strong analytical skills.

  • Strong leadership and the ability to manage and inspire team members.

  • Strong technical skills, in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency in reporting, KPIs, and dashboards (i.e., PowerBI).

Additional Information

TYLin is committed to pay equity.As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of$120,000 - $215,000 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
