As a premiere authorized partner with Walmart you’ll be working remotely, to support our teams who are working inside of one of the world’s largest retailers! You are the point person to welcome new team members and help them navigate the onboarding process.

If you have:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service role
• Have worked in a home office/remote setting previously
• Experience with MS Office Suite, ADP experience is a plus!
• High School Diploma or Relevant Experience Preferred
• Experience conducting screening/hiring interviews
• Associate onboarding/engagement experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong time-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with 10-25 candidates/associates daily via various media platforms (Outlook, Zoom, Teams, etc.)

And are looking for:
