District Manager, Auto Service - Western Nebraska
Reports to Market Leader
Travel: approx. 4 Overnights/month
Compensation: $100K-185K Total Comp (Base of 100K-120K)
Requires 5 years District Manager level multi-unit retail management experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of Ag vehicle repair requirements

Overview: Our purpose is to provide an extraordinary experience for our customers from minor maintenance services to extensive repairs. We're providing a dealership experience using superior tools and equipment with top-quality automotive components all performed by professional automotive technicians. Our District Manager supervises and oversees the operations of retail repair shops within a certain region. Their main duties include hiring and training store managers, collaborating with managers to set goals for each store and communicating and enforcing customer policies with managers and team members while ensuring consistent quality and profitability across the district.
Locations: 9 locations (North Platte, Aurora, Fairbury, St. Paul, Norfolk, Lexington, Central City, Ogallala, Imperial) with 70-80 employees now, but we are growing!
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Reaching financial objectives
Assigning workloads
Adhering to company policies and local, state and federal laws
Training team members
Addressing performance issues that affect profits in order of priority
Coaching other managers
Resolving customer concerns using excellent customer service skills
Developing business strategies for revenue growth Inventory control
Qualifications :
Five or more years of experience in multi-unit district management
Auto repair shop management position or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry
Knowledge of Ag vehicle repair requirements
Previous experience in managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication; business development and strategy implementation knowledge
Problem-solving using analytical, creative, and critical-thinking skills
Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals
Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals
Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations
Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or similar position preferred, but not required
Possess valid driver's license
Ability to work a minimum of five days, Monday-Friday
