Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist customers with their purchases, including processing transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions and calculating discounts
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor and inventory
- Basic math skills for accurate pricing and calculations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in technology sales or jewelry sales is preferred but not required
