Job Overview:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in a retail environment.

Duties:

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Sell products to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on products
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock on the sales floor
- Handle jewelry sales with care and attention to detail
- Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English; Spanish or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in retail sales, electronics sales, or technical sales preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively
- Knowledge of stock management procedures
- Ability to adapt to different types of sales, including jewelry sales

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
