The Supply Chain project manager is accountable for driving the successful implementation of strategic initiatives focusing on driving growth, productivity, safety, quality initiatives coordinating cross-functional teams, driving schedules, project pipeline prioritization, change management, risks identification and mitigation planning, and improving the organization’s overall project management systems and processes.
Successful candidates for this position are highly strategic, clearly understand operations for Food and/or Beverage, strategic and logical thinkers, resource deployment, data driven, curious learners, and experienced professionals. The project manager must be a communicator, an influencer, trusted adviser, and strategic partner to successfully implement necessary projects and initiatives.
