T&M has an exciting leadership opportunity for a Department Manager in our Site Development Department in New Jersey! A Department Manager will lead multiple teams of technical staff, primarily managing local Group Managers directly, while also guiding technical staff and coordinating overall completion of technical deliverables and attainment of business outcomes across the region.
This Department Manager can be located in any of T&M’s New Jersey offices including Middletown, Toms River, Mount Laurel, or Bloomfield, and will be leading Site Development teams in North, Central, and South Jersey.
This role also provides the opportunity to engage with market leaders to help set business plans for the Site Development practice and maintain alignment between these teams and the overall company strategy.
Additional responsibilities may include client management, engagement on business development efforts, and collaboration with peer leaders across the company to support the team’s collective success.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineering manager to expand team management experience and assume a leadership role within a growing company.
