We are a metro by T-Mobile Wireless retailer seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager. This hands-on position requires a strongly energized individual who has experience identifying and selling wireless products and managing a sales team to maximize store profitability. You will make use of your managerial skills and expert product knowledge in order to create the most positive and enjoyable overall experience for our customers and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Learn our sales process and be ready to greet Customers with enthusiasm.
• Hire, schedule, and supervise Wireless Sales Associates.
• Provide consistent sales training to Sales Associates/Mobile Experts
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPI)
• Perform daily interactions of coaching/mentoring for the team.
• Create a positive work environment for your team and lead by example.
• Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events and perform other duties as assigned by management
• Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
• Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must possess outstanding organizational, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good at math and cash handling.
• Background check required.
• Ready to lean, work hard (flexible scheduling)
