Groundie/Groundsman
- Good knowledge of knots and knot tying in the tree industry.
- Experience with proper pruning practices including large shade trees and ornamentals.
- General mechanical knowledge as far as maintenance of chipper, stump grinder, and chainsaws.
- The ability to identify native and introduced tree and shrub species and have a working knowledge of each species' characteristics is a plus!
- Experience with tree care safety standards
- Practical knowledge of chainsaw and equipment operation
- Valid U.S driver's license
- Experience with aerial lifts (bucket truck) is a plus.
- Must be authorized to lawfully work in the U.S.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
