Time: 6pm-8pm
Training will be held in Lakeridge before being hired to work at the Fredericksburg location. Please do not call multiple times.
Training is for 2 to 3 hours. Training is mandatory.
You must be able to work 3 days MWF from 12-4 pm with no missed days. There are no exceptions within the 90 day probation period.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. Your role is crucial in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.
Responsibilities:
-Accomplish all task assigned within 4 hours given to work
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness standards
Skills:
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
