MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
The Maintenance Engineer (ME) is responsible for review of Maintenance Allocation Charts (MAC), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Previsioning Parts List (PPL), Repair Parts and Special tools Listing (RPSTL), Item Unique Identification (IUID) plans/label's, Technical Manuals (TM), Statements of Work for maintenance issues that need to be captured, Obsolesce Management, Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), development of trip reports and critically items to be sent to leadership, develops a Core Depot Assessment (CDA), supports a Private Public Partnership between the Depot and Contractor, assignment of Nation Stock Numbers (NSN) for new parts that need to be requisitioned, and tracks maintenance issues in the field along with recommendations for fixes or rational of the failure.
