Systems Innovation specializes in the permanent installation of world-class AV systems. Our markets include Higher Education Facilities, Religious Institutions, Government, Corporate Boardrooms & Event Spaces, and Experiential and Immersive Environments that include the use of Premium Audio, LED Display Environments, Projection, Theatrical Lighting, and Intelligent Programmed/Automated Control.

The Inventory Coordinator manages inventory flow and maintain levels required on a daily basis to meet demands.

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:

• Work from software, purchase orders, sales orders, contracts, shipping and receiving log, packing lists, and other similar documentation.
• Communicate the status of orders and shipments within the company as required.
• Monitor the unloading of incoming product utilizing purchase order documentation and packing lists to ensure entire shipment is intact; open and visually inspect condition of received product. Report obviously damaged or missing product.
• Move received and accounted for product to designated inventory storage area.
• Document, asset, store, track, and prepare product for orders according to the standard practice.
• Prepare newly received product for inclusion to Integration/Sales inventory, applying barcodes as required. Process related asset transaction procedures as required.
• Visually check sales orders to ensure that all ancillary elements required are included with order. Identify and report any cosmetic discrepancies. Locate missing elements of orders and ensure the orders are complete.
• Match and file documentation related to orders and shipments in designated filing systems. Research and locate specific documents as required to resolve problems.
• Assist Purchasing Department in resolving issues relating to receiving Sales product.
• Maintain par levels and restock miscellaneous materials and technical supplies used by Integration technical team.
• Assist Integration technical team through proper communication and daily preparation support.
• Assist with shipping any items to customer or back to manufacturer for repair.
• Perform or assist any operations related duty as required including assisting with shows, rentals, or facilities request.

Base Salary Range: $17.95/hr - $26.61/hr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
