Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Lathe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC Swiss-style lathes, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. This role requires precision and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Swiss Lathes with a focus on maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality finishes.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to set up machines and produce parts.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet specifications.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure compliance with all quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in machine tool technology preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Swiss Lathe operation(Citizen Machines preferred).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and drawings.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
