Software Engineer - Site Reliability Engineering / Visualization :

- Define and build observability capabilities for the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team - Will be a part Network Observability team and report to the manager there - Develop visualizations representing IT infrastructure/operations environment health for network, application, and server SRE teams
- Translate business requirements into technical deliverables - Develop event-triggered orchestration and automation - Create user documentation and release notes


Qualifications :


- Experience with Grafana data visualization and monitoring platform for monitoring infrastructure metrics, application performance, logs, and other operational data - Proficiency in Java, Python, and Git - Proven experience in UX/UI development - Experience developing applications for IT infrastructure operations, including anomaly detection, troubleshooting, monitoring, environment optimization, user experience enhancement, data-driven decision-making, and compliance/security support - Prior experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), technology observability, statistical analysis, etc
- PHP experience is a plus
