• Conduct laboratory tests and experiments using established procedures and protocols
• Perform data collection, analysis, and interpretation to ensure accurate and reliable results
• Utilize laboratory information management systems to record and track test results
• Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct research on animal physiology, histology, and other relevant topics as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, FDA regulations, and advancements in laboratory techniques

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline)
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, procedures, and equipment
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
• Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
• Excellent math skills for accurate measurement calculations
• Experience working in a research laboratory or quality control environment preferred
• Knowledge of FDA regulations pertaining to quality control testing is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
