System One is Hiring an Integrated Master Scheduler Near Alexandria, VA
Responsibilities & Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Integrate schedule development, resource tracking and analysis, critical path development and analysis, build project plans, assessments, and mini schedules as required.
- Interface with flow management, project managers, engineering, shop, area integrators, and other planners and schedulers to develop daily schedules and respond to changes and issues.
- Participate in daily telecoms and scheduling meetings and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities which pertain to operations support.
- Support systems schedule development, integration, analysis, and deployment as well as communicate with integrated planners, area integrators, and other schedulers regarding changes and issues.
- Logically group tasks for timely execution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI or the ability to acquire Top Secret/SCI
- 3 years of appropriate and progressive experience OR any equivalent combination of relevant education/experience
- DoD 8570 IAT II certification
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation and customer interface skills required to secure and schedule inter-organizational support
- Must be well organized with the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment
- Computer experience with Microsoft Office products, including and especially MS Project
- Must be able to quickly master new computerized tools for schedule development
- Should be technically inclined and must be able to understand execution of the work to maximize efficiency of personnel and their activities
