Responsibilities:
- Audit personnel files for appropriate documentation.
- Review, organize, and track MVR results while maintaining appropriate records associated with follow up activities.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Review CDL and medical certifications, performing compliance audit and follow up where necessary.
- Assist with additional projects as needed.
- At least one (1) year of related experience performing routine HR related tasks is strongly preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Some college or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must possess the ability and willingness to gather information and process with a high level of accuracy.
- Must be computer literate and have the ability to navigate between multiple programs and systems simultaneously.
