Overview: A top-ranked research university is currently searching for a Clinical Research Executive Assistant to serve as the primary support to senior and executive-level roles.
Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary support to senior and executive level roles and coordinates with associated teams.
• Manages office workflow, projects, and schedules, coordinating travel arrangements and data entry; serves as primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop agendas and meeting materials; coordinate special events.
• Prepares and edits various technical documents, including financial reports, presentation materials, procedural manuals, content on the department website, publications, and routine correspondence; uses established guidelines and proper formatting; ensures confidentiality of sensitive information and materials.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-7 years of C-Level Administrative Support
• Knowledge of clinical research process and documentation is highly preferred
• Requires excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of internal and external constituencies from chancellor-level to support staff-level.
