Business Systems Analyst Associate / Project Support Specialist :

- Work closely with project leads and managers to ensure the successful execution of projects 
- Collaborate with project leads to gain a comprehensive understanding of each project's status and progress
- Ensure project goals are clearly defined and met, focusing on achieving targets and milestones
- Assist the team with tactical tasks as needed to support overall project success
- Work alongside the manager to set strategic direction and prioritize initiatives
- Develop action plans and provide guidance to drive project success
- Support the manager in meeting critical deadlines

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Previous experience in such roles as : Associate Project Manager, Junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Management Associate, Project Management Assistant, Business Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Project Administrator, Assistant Project Manager, Project Management Junior Analyst, etc
- Strong familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Facilitation skills to drive effective meetings and discussions
- Comfort working with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Experience creating presentations using PowerPoint
- Ideally fast typing skills with a high words per minute (WPM) rate
