We are looking to add a few qualified candidates to complete our crew. If you have at least 1- year Commercial Construction in Metal Building Erection experience or other construction experience, we would like to hear from you.

We are looking for team players, energetic people with positive attitudes that take pride in their accomplishments and willing to learn new skills. Our work is all done outside, we safely work in all weather conditions through out the year.

We have a 30 day probationary period offering a starting rate at $20.00 to $22.00 depending on experience. After you probationary period you will have a review and a raise will be determined at that time.

Paid Holidays the day you start. Paid vacation and sick time after 1 year of employment.

• Experience in structural steel or metal building erection, (experience in other building construction trades and willingness to learn will be considered).

• Maintain a regular and dependable level of attendance
• Able to work extended workdays and work week if needed
• Tolerate extreme Environmental Conditions – temperatures range from -10F – 100 F
• Not afraid of heights
• Perform all assignments according to safety requirements, with quality and in a timely manner.

As an employee you will be involved in various stages of our building process that will include:

• Reading blueprints, plans, and notes to select materials.
• Using a tape measure.
• Securely bolt metal structures like beams and columns together.
• Build steel or iron structural pieces and components from plans/blueprints. Setting steel columns, installing girts, purlins, sheeting, insulation, framed openings, metal roofing and trim.
• Ensure proper placement, balance, and alignment of structural pieces by using levels, laser tools, or plumb bobs.
• Operate miscellaneous hand tools, including power tools.
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts
• Transform metal pieces into functional elements that meet the guidelines of the project by cutting materials and using fabrication techniques.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
