Position : Workday HCM Consultant

Location Princeton, NJ (Onsite)

Job Description :

Position Overview : We are looking for a skilled Workday Systems Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize our Workday HCM and / or Financials system.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR or finance systems administration, experience with Workday configuration and customization, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, issues, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and implement solutions within Workday.
• Customize Workday reports, dashboards, and integrations to meet business needs.
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training for Workday end-users.
• Stay updated on Workday releases, new features, and best practices, and recommend improvements to our Workday configuration.
• Participate in Workday system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on HR or finance systems.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and / or Financials, including configuration, customization, and support.
• Strong understanding of HR or finance business processes and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
