Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

-Part Time or Full Time options available
- Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including marketing, showing apartments, and processing applications
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective tenants
- Promptly respond to all leads, schedule and conduct property tours and provide information about available units
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including conducting inspections and collecting security deposits

-Ensure property and units are clean and ready for touring
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with leasing policies and procedures

-Work as a team with the office manager with any administrative tasks as required

-Post our apartments on all real estate and social media platforms as required.

-Must be flexible to work long hours and weekends during our busy season to accomodate prospects.

Required Skills and Experience:

-1 to 2 years customer service and sales experience required; Previous apt leasing experience is a plus.

-Computer Skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with Buildium or other property management software a plus
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong administrative skills, including record keeping and documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
