That’s all well and good, but despite our high-tech profile, we recognize that none of this is possible without our people. Which is why we’re thrilled to be adding a Marketing Specialist to our marketing team. The ideal candidate will help design and oversee the execution of multi-touch demand creation programs, based on inbound and outbound tactics that improve lead flow, drive pipeline creation, and produce predictable revenue growth. You’ll help drive business growth and engage our prospects and customers to accelerate their value with RAIC Labs. Main duties include maintenance and optimization of paid channels, running campaigns end-to-end, designing and executing growth experiments, and working across to identify and prioritize growth opportunities and lead generation.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

  • This role will help drive sales and margin growth through the execution and collaboration on marketing strategies across all channels aligned with our growth and business goals
  • create and execute marketing campaigns that build awareness, drive pipeline, adoption
  • Develop a keen understanding of our key markets through market research and build ad-hoc strategies around our customer segments
  • Search Engine Optimization - frequent improvement of our presence on search engines and research on the common keywords our market uses in various stages of the buyer's journey
  • Set up the technical foundations and metric tracking for new lead generation channels that are uncovered
  • Manage and optimize our paid channels: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Review Sites, etc.
  • Leverage HubSpot and other tools to organize, manage, and execute many of our marketing efforts, such as digital newsletters, email sequences, contacts, inbound pipelines, and a content blog
  • Develop a data-driven experiment approach to prioritize, test, and evaluate lead generation channels
  • Measure and report on the impact of projects, and collaborate to scale efficient levers
  • Assist with executing miscellaneous marketing initiatives like events, public relations, and more

A good Growth Marketer at RAIC Labs must have the following skills, knowledge, education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
  • 5 years in a growth marketing or similar role with a strong background in design
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point Required
  • Advanced proficiency in GTM and GA4 tracking and analysis
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of SEO, email marketing, digital advertising, and graphic design
  • Ability to write converting product copy and fill in product data attributes within established guidelines
  • Must be able to both ideate and execute marketing strategies based on business needs, current resources, and a keen understanding of our market
  • Scalability mindset — thinking beyond one’s tasks and building marketing processes/strategies that can scale within a team
  • Experience with paid ad placement, tracking, optimization and ongoing management
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Experience in Start-up
  • Experience working long hours. We are a start-up high in growth mode
  • Experience with analytics and optimization tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar), with a proven track record of using data to inform design and marketing decisions
