Syntelligent is seeking a part time Veteran Coordinator to work 10-12 hours per week. This part time position will support Syntelligent’s HubZone Operations in our Luray, VA office.
Responsibilities:

The Part-Time Veteran’s Coordinator will serve as a resource and counsel to assist the Human Resource department, employees and applicants on a variety of veteran/military issues, including but not limited to: Military Skills translation, military cultural competence, veteran transition issues, Guard and Reserve Friendly HR policies, Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), employment related policies and procedures, career counseling, job postings and veteran talent attraction strategies.
