Job Summary
Provides customer analytics and performance reporting that drive business priorities for internal parners in Marketing and Brand Experience, Consumer, Community and Wholesale Banking lines of business. Designs and maintains customer and segment scorecards, dashboards and reports that offer visibility into our customer base. Develops and delivers customer behavioral analyses that answer critical business questions, validate assumptions and debunk myths. Works with customer household, account and transaction data to support, execute, and measure business strategies to drive revenue, improve customer experience, and reduce costs.
