Product validation has evolved beyond the traditional scope of unit and functional validation across a portfolio of products. Today, we do system-level, end-to-end flow validation on large customer designs, using customer scripts, often on-site. We emphasize automation across all aspects including data generation, data collection, data analysis and debug.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $162,000 - $242,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. You Are:
- Skilled Fusion Compiler/IC Compiler II user, able to expertly navigate the GUI, tool logfiles, tool checks and reports to pinpoint where the issue may lie, and what remedial action should be taken?
- Imparting your problem-solving approach and debug skills to a team of highly motivated engineers so that they can step up their game, energize you?
- Collaborative with an experienced team using the latest AI technologies to transform your tool knowledge and debug skills into a suite of applications to automate analysis and debug?
- Passionate about improving customer experience with our tools by increasing the scope and efficiency of product validation?
What You'll Need:
- BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering.
- Superior scripting (Python/Perl/Tcl) skills and must be conversant with UNIX.
- Knowledge of C/C , a plus.
- Skilled user of Synopsys Fusion Compiler/IC Compiler II digital implementation products.
- Powerful analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly narrow down and summarize findings.
- Excellent technical coaching skills, verbal and written communication skills to interface with product teams and develop debug expertise.
- Aptitude to work in a fast paced, technology-driven environment and strong motivation to continuously learn and apply advanced digital design concepts and best practices.
- Ability to multi-task and work in close collaboration across cross functional and global team environments.
