What you’ll be doing:

Leading by example is what you'll do every shift! Mentoring and training co-workers while performing daily operational duties within the store/restaurant and having fun is what you can expect in this role. This position serves as the shift supervisor and works closely with store and restaurant managers to foster a culture of fast paced, customer focused service while keeping co-workers on task and making independent decisions as needed to achieve daily goals.
