Job Description: Dispatcher
Classification: Fulltime, Exempt
Work Location: Medina, OH
Compensation: Base Salary

Reports to: Sourcing Manager
Experience: 6 months – 1 year in Warehouse, Dispatch Operations, or Logistics (preferred, but not required)

What will you be doing?
- Manage daily orders for shipping and receiving.
- Data entry into our dispatch system.
- Make appointments and ensure they are met.
- Provide excellent customer service to our shipping partners.
- Stay in contact with drivers and dispatchers to ensure deadlines are met.
- Negotiate rates and contracts for services.
- Develop positive relationships with carrier partners.
- Maintain a professional manner in a dynamic workplace.
- Work well in a team environment, while meeting personal goals.
Qualifications:
- You need excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate and present information to management, teammates, and customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
- You should be available for some weekends and evening hours.
- Ability to accept and utilize coaching.
