Synergy Windows of Salt Lake City is in search of a self- starter to quickly grow with our company, from a lead generation position to an in-home sales director position. This position requires learning our marketing process to generate leads in- person with potential customers, and after four weeks of continuous marketing/sales training, begin training for our in-home sales position to sell your own window appointments! • marketing, customer service, professional sales or in restaurant/retail environments.
• *In-home sales experience is preferred but not necessary. Solar, Window, Pest Control, Home

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

● You will be visiting potential customers at their homes learning to generate leads, then in-homes in order to consult and identify the product that will fit their needs to make sales.

● You will use the tools, training and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services.

● You will have industry leading product samples, support and technology to assist you in closing the sale.
