OnSite in Carrolton, TX _Must be able to go onsite 80% of the time.

As a FRONT-END Developer is responsible for designing and developing the user interface of the company's products and services. The FRONT-END Developer works closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of the company's customers and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement designs provided by FRONT-END designers and ensure that they are responsive and cross-browser compatible.
• Create and maintain front-end code, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the final product meets or exceeds customer expectations in terms of visual design, usability, and functionality.
• Ensure that the user interface is visually appealing, intFront-Endtive, and easy to use.
• Stay current with industry trends and new technologies and evaluate their potential to improve the company's products.
• Monitor and report on product performance and progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Create and maintain design documentation, such as style gFront-Enddes and design patterns.
• Participate in user testing and use the results to inform design decisions.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including development team members, product managers, and senior management.
• Continuously improve and evolve the company's design system, ensure consistency and accessibility across all products.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices.
• Proven experience as a FRONT-END developer or in a related field

• Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, and layout principles.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, and Vue.js.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent experience.

The FRONT-END Developer should be a highly motivated and results-driven individual passionate about technology and design. The candidate should have a strong technical background, with experience in user interface design, web development languages and frameworks, and be able to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of the company's customers and other stakeholders. The FRONT-END Developer should be able to think strategically and drive innovation and be able to identify and address any technical issues or bottlenecks that arise. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
