Meadowbrook at Oconto Falls is dedicated to providing the best possible care for our residents. We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping Manager to help maintain resident rooms and common areas in pursuing these goals. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect facility and equipment to determine need and extent of service, and equipment required.Perform all needed work that are in the scope of normal practice.
• Supervise and coordinate all activities of housekeeping personnel; inspect work through personal observation and instruct personnel to correct errors.
• Maintain cleaning and laundry supplies, linen supplies, and ensure adequate inventory is on hand.
• Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take correct action.
• Conduct orientation and training of new employees.
• Update all departments daily
• Able to sweep, mop, and polish floors; vacuum carpets; clean restrooms; wash windows and walls; move and arrange furniture and equipment; pick up outside refuse.
• Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
• Demonstrate the ability to clean and sanitize areas of responsibility consistent with facility policy and procedure.
• Attend all facility and department in-service training.

• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to facility safety program at all times.
• Fulfill all other assigned duties by facility Administrator
• Able to lift loads of laundry, sort, wash, dry, iron, press, fold, and organize linens, towels, clothing, other washable fabrics required in the operation of the center.
