We need a proven leader to own the performance and drive results spanning multiple channels including D2D, residential agents, multifamily, and more. About YouAs a Sales Manager for Frontier’s Residential campaign, you will play a crucial role in the field supervision, development, and overall execution of a geographically dispersed outside sales team. You will oversee sales activities & focus on enabling sales success for each member of your team. You will lead from the front and act as a force multiplier for your team by removing obstacles, motivating, performance managing, and providing support at an individual level.
