Director, E-Commerce and Omnichannel Experience

We have over 200,000 reviews across platforms, and our products have incredible user experiences with unmatched efficacy and value required to dominate our space. We invest heavily in Amazon and Chewy, while executing the omnichannel experience at our nationwide retail partners, Walmart, Tractor Supply, and more.

With almost 70% of American homes owning pets, the pet industry continues to experience rapid growth, and SynergyLabs is well-positioned to continue our momentum. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this position is core to not only sustaining our growth but accelerating it.

Our product portfolio includes supplements, grooming, and dental care all manufactured in our very own 225,000 ft. modern facility in Hildebran, NC.

RESPONSBILITES INCLUDE:

• Assess product mix, identify opportunities, craft strategies, and align resources to execute.
• Implement plans and monitor KPIs to achieve growth targets for Amazon and Chewy
• Managing omnichannel performance and BOPIS experiences on nationwide retailer websites
• Ensure we have the right marketing mix for the right products to drive sales.
• Align internal team members and external agency partners around short, intermediate, and longer-term goals.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Supply Chain teams ensuring our PDPs are best-in-class, traffic sources are optimized, and forecasts support the trajectory of business.
• Understand industry trends and adapt strategies in a competitive and dynamic market.
• Consider, analyze, and create launch plans, and execute strategies for Instagram, TikTok and other marketplaces for incremental growth opportunities.
• Key member of Management Team, participate in additional leadership and planning duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• 7 years e-commerce experience in CPG, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in efficiently growing brands on Amazon.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Firm understanding of current trends in content, SEO, SEM, and other traffic sources.
• Preferred in-office position, Ft. Lauderdale, FL (consideration may be given to remote option)
