Digital Growth Specialist

We are SynergyLabs, a rapidly growing pet product manufacturer, and we are seeking a Digital Growth Specialist with consumer goods experience to join our growing team. This is an in-office position located at our Corporate office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

The pet care industry has exploded with more than 70% of US households owning a pet. The increase in pet ownership coupled with a need for high-quality products, has SynergyLabs well-positioned for whatever the future holds.

Our bestselling brands can be found on store shelves from Walmart, Target, and Tractor Supply to Amazon, Chewy.com and many others. We are focused on nailing the omnichannel experience by meeting consumers where they are – driving to retail or supporting our ecommerce partners. We manufacture our best-in-class grooming products, supplements, dental hygiene, shed control and much more and our owned state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic

· Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Tik Tok, and LinkedIn to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions

· Manage and optimize Google and/or Display campaigns to drive brand awareness

· Create and manage Marketplace Ads campaigns on platforms such as Walmart, Instacart, and Chewy to increase product visibility and sales

· Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking to continuously improve campaign effectiveness

· Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content that resonates with our target audience

· Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital marketing and SEO

Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

· Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in developing and executing digital growth strategies

· Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and evaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitor data

· In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing tactics

· Strong project management and organizational skills

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
