**We are looking for CAREgivers to provide the following care services to clients:**

Provide clients with ADLs as directed, but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.

Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands

Assist with Hoyer lifts and mobility devices

Assist client with medication reminders.

Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration.

**To be immediately considered for hire, please be prepared to upload copies of the following** **REQUIRED** **credentials**.

* Current CNA certificate (if applicable)

* PCA certificate (if applicable)

* Valid Drivers License or State ID

* Current TB skin test or Chest X-ray

* Valid CPR certification

* Auto Insurance
