  Caregiver Requirements:

Skills – We’re looking for individuals that are compassionate, social, trustworthy and service-minded.

Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.

Have or willing to acquire CPR/First Aid certification, PCA Certificate

Must be willing to undergo a national background check and drug screening

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, Helping with daily activities like bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Companionship to clients with engaging activities and games.

• Preparing snacks and meals to help sustain and satisfy the client.

• Transporting the client to nearby appointments or engagements.

• Cleaning to keep the home environment neat and enjoyable for the client.

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
