We have an opening for Substitute Caregivers who can answer yes to these questions. At SYNERGY HomeCare of North Raleigh we create a world of care at home for all, which means you will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of people; spanning all ages and all abilities. We are seeking Substitute Caregvers to join our independently owned and operated agency.

SYNERGY HomeCare of North Raleigh offers:

• Competitive pay at $18-$21/hour in addition to $30 per day

As a Substitute Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare of North Raleigh, you will:

• Provide care to our Clients when our Caregivers have an emergency or unexpected absence
• Provide support on weekday and weekend shifts 
• Be on-call for 24 hours each on-call day 
• Show reliability and dependability by being punctual, flexible and responsive
• Provide attention to Clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist Client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Assist Client with personal care and activities of daily living per customized care plan
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with Clients, family members, and co-workers
