Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish and English (both verbal and written).
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred but not required.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Ability to handle various physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting with mobility.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Must be able to pass a background check
If the applicant works transportation shifts, the applicant must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Lawfully authorized to work in the U.S.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide attention to the client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
Assisted the client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

The physical demands described here must be met by an associate while performing the duties of this job; the associate is frequently required to walk, sit, and talk or hear. The associate is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The associate must occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
