Hiring full-time and part-time Personal Care Aide's (PCA) for daytime shifts between 7am - 9pm. All applicants welcome, we offer flexible schedules. 

Serving clients in Reston, Herndon, Great Falls, Oakton, Chantilly, Centerville, and Fairfax.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
