Synergy HomeCare 1 is Hiring an Operations Coordinator Near Elkhorn, WI

Basic Function:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Recruit applicants and retain caregivers with quality visits, training and oversight.
  • Match qualified caregivers to client schedules.
  • Oversight in collaboration with the manager, daily staffing activities during daytime, evening, and weekend hours.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating telephone inquiries from referral sources, clients, and families. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer the telephone and document all client information with the objective of scheduling the home assessment. 
  • Must clearly communicate and understand how to relate to all clients, caregivers, and referral sources such as hospital care managers or skilled nursing facility social workers.
  • Work closely and communicate daily with the office and the caregivers.
  • Must be available to work in the office and in the field as needed

  • Must be reliable and responsive in order to assist customers promptly.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully.
  • Must possess the willingness and ability to resolve conflict.
  • Must be able to handle difficult situations with good judgment.
  • Must be flexible and possess personal integrity. 
  • Must be available for "on-call" shifts, both during and after standard working hours.

Special Skills:

  • Computer skills are required.
  • Must be able to learn and utilize proprietary staffing software to access client and employee data as needed.

Experience:

  • Office Management with supervisory skills preferred.
  • Prior experience in the staffing industry is preferred.
  • Home Care staffing experience preferred.

Education/Training:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • College degree preferred, not required.
  • Healthcare supervisory experience working with patients and staff.

  • $18.00/hr
