Synergy HomeCare 1 is Hiring an Office/Sales Manager for Non-Medical Home Care Agency Near Cheyenne, WY

SYNERGY HomeCare of Cheyenne, locally owned and operated for 14 years, is seeking an Office/Sales Manager primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, supervising office staff, and working to generate referrals for home care services. This person will be someone who can make an immediate impact, has a track record of showing initiative, is willing to collaborate with employees and clients, and possesses the ideal balance of experience and potential for future advancement.

ESSENTIAL OBJECTIVES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gain a complete understanding of the specific goals and objectives of a non-medical home care agency.
  • Cross-train on all Office Staff Positions (including administrative, human resources, new employee training, client quality control, scheduling, and management) to supervise the office positions.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that SYNERGY is consistently providing excellent services to both clients and employees
  • Courteous and professional communication with clients, staff, and referral sources.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all data, including client, employee, and operations information.
  • Assist Office Staff in promoting SYNERGY services at local community events and facility activities (may include evenings and/or weekends).
  • Participate in internal and external professional development activities as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge about the non-medical home care industry, healthcare, the senior care industry, or related fields is highly preferred but not required.
  • Understands and can articulate the benefits of home care to both professional referral sources and consumers.
  • Must be professional, self-confident, and enthusiastic, with strong initiative and motivation, possess good communication and compassionate listening skills, and have a desire to succeed.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet goals.
  • Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Must exercise excellent time management skills.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Must be a team player who is proactive, flexible, results-oriented, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Must be comfortable asking questions and looking for ways to improve the overall flow of the office.
  • Must have a passion for connecting with and serving seniors in the community.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, pass a criminal background check, and drug screen.

·Salaried Position $45,000-$50,000/year, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit
