We are looking for a caregiver in Freedom WI for a young lady with special needs who needs assistance with all ADL's. This is for 2, 8 hour days per week.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to the client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, errand running, transportation, bathing , personal hygiene and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and being dependable
