As a Home Health Aide (HHA), with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
- Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
- Provider personal care to clients as needed
- Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Caregiver training including Covid 19 training
Requirements:
- Experience -Whether or not you’ve had a job or experience with similar goals/responsibilities, we’d LOVE to connect with you. We will provide the necessary training to become successful as a caregiver.
- Skills – We’re looking for individuals that are compassionate, social, trustworthy, and service-minded. If you have experience cooking and cleaning that’s a bonus! YOU JUST NEED TO SINCERELY CARE FOR OTHERS.
- Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn through experience and receiving feedback.
- Other Requirements – Here are a few more things we’d need from you! – Covid 19 vaccination card, Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Test (or willingness to obtain), Reliable transportation with vehicle insurance. Must be able to pass a drug screening and national criminal background check.
- BILINGUAL -Spanish speaking is a plus!
