We are seeking a Full Time Care Team Lead. This position will be required to be available at any time. Working with regularly scheduled clients, along with being available to assist on an as needed/emergency basis (days, nights, overnights, livein).
The qualified candidate must be able to demonstrate competency in all areas, from companionship to full personal care. The position will need to communicate and present him/herself in a confident, concise and professional manner with clients, clients' family, medical professionals and Synergy Home Care staff and management.

Position Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years CNA or work equivalent experience in Home Care
Must be able to speak, read and write English clearly
Criminal background in compliance with the Health Care Worker Background check
Maintained and clean auto and auto insurance
Ability to express confidence and professionalism (including but not limited to a professional appearance (SYNERGY HomeCare Attire)
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Flexibility in availability to ensure emergency or last minute schedule changes have ample coverage
- Complete all required training and certifications
Ability to work with dogs, cats and smokers
