Synergy Healthcare Center is Hiring a LVN Near Rancho Santa Margarita, CA

Overview:

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) position is a critical role within a new Medical Center in Rancho Santa Margarita. You will be joining a professional healthcare team that is wellness centered with a focus on Integrative Medicine. We also offer IV Therapy, Regenerative Medicine, Comprehensive Physicals, Vein & Vascular Treatments, Hormone Therapy, Peripheral Neuropathy, Vitamin Shots, Peptide Therapy and Functional Nutrition. We are looking for a candidate with experience in functional/integrative medicine and an interest in helping us grow the practice.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nursing program

Possession of a valid Licensed Vocational Nurse certificate issued by the California State Board of Vocational Nursing – you will be required to provide a copy of your license prior to being hired

Current CPR Certificate – you will be required to provide a copy of your certificate prior to being hired

Required license(s) and/or certification(s) must be active and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, probationary or restricted license or certification will NOT be accepted

Recent experience in administering IVs and performing blood draws

Candidates selected will be required to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening

An Employment Eligibility Verification using E-Verify may be required on the first day of employment for some positions

Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate valid California driver’s license

Preference given for experience or training in Functional and/or Integrative Medicine

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment

Ability to self-manage

Commitment to ongoing professional development

This is a full-time position
