This is a per diem role for a Registered Nurse at Synergy Health Services, Inc., located all around the Valley.. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing and coordinating patient care, performing physical exams, administering medications and treatments, and educating patients and their families about illness management on a in-home setting. The Registered Nurse will also collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans, while maintaining electronic medical records.
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical or acute care setting
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Knowledge of electronic medical records and healthcare software systems
Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Compassionate and empathetic nature with a strong attention to detail
Experience in a geriatric or long-term care setting is a plus
