Job Description :

Seeking talented Talend Senior ETL Lead Developer to leadthe development efforts of converting an existing ETL system to the Talend ETLtechnology for approximately one year. The position requires the candidate totake a lead role in bringing this new Talend project from initiation tocompletion and all tasks in between.

Responsibilities

1. Using the Talend ETL toolset, to create new and maintain existing ETL jobs.

2. Design and implement ETL for extracting and transforming data from diversesources, such as: Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server databases.

3. Design and develop database tables necessary along with the necessaryconstraints as per the requirement.

4. Collaborate with Team members to understand source system structures and dataretrieval methods/techniques, and tools within the organization.

5. Support the development of data transformation logic using ETL tools orscripting languages like SQL, Bash, Python, etc.

6. Clean, validate, and transform data to conform to target schema and qualitystandards.

7. Work with the team to execute data quality improvement plans.

8. Participate in troubleshooting activities to maintain data integrity andprocess efficiency.

Qualifications

9. Demonstrable experience with Talend Data Fabric in a professional environment.

10. Demonstrable experience working for a health data organization performing ETLDevelopment activities.

11. Demonstrable experience leading database, data warehouse, ETL, businessintelligence, or software development.

12. Experience with cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) and Microsoft DevOps Git Repos.

13. Experience with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server database technologies.

14. Workingknowledge and understanding of HIPAA policies and working with PII and PHIsensitive data.
