Required Skills:

• Attorney with 5 years of experience for Banking and Financial Services business unit.
• This candidate must have relevant experience in public finance.
• This attorney will advise clients on public finance transactions, including bond issuances, tax-exempt financings, and infrastructure projects.
• All candidates should have experience working on the structuring, documenting, and closing of taxable and tax-exempt financing transactions.
• Ideal candidates will be well versed in federal and state securities and tax laws, as well as local borrowing laws.
• Candidates are expected to be detail-oriented, should possess a solid work ethic, and strong interpersonal skills.
• All candidates must be currently licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
